- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture gradually.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and the cookies look slightly soft in the center.
- Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
