Description
A creamy, crunchy, no-cook side dish made with cucumbers, ranch, bacon, and cheddar that’s addictively good and ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
2–3 cups cucumbers, sliced thin
½ cup ranch dressing
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
⅓ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried dill
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds, peel optional.
2. Chop green onions. Cook and crumble bacon if fresh.
3. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
4. Add ranch dressing, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
5. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
6. Refrigerate 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Tastes best within the first day or two.
You can prep ingredients ahead and mix just before serving.
Optional: add cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, or sunflower seeds for texture.
