Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until they are translucent.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the sautéed broccoli and onions, followed by the cheese until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
