Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lime juice in a slow cooker. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add chicken thighs, coating them with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
