- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a Crockpot, layer the cubed sirloin steak, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour the beef broth over the top and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comfort meal!

Cut steak and potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking. Feel free to add other vegetables or adjust seasoning to taste.
