Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken and seasoning.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  7. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream until well combined and creamy.
  8. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on low, or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
