- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Lemon slices, for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the lemon juice, chicken broth, capers, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid and cook on low for 300 minutes (5 hours).
- Once cooking time is complete, serve the chicken hot with lemon slices on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of chicken broth to avoid drying out.
