- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
- Layer the Ingredients: Place sliced kielbasa at the bottom. Add diced potatoes and frozen broccoli on top.
- Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup, shredded cheddar, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Everything: Pour the cheese mixture over the ingredients and stir gently.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Serve: Stir the mixture and serve hot.
