Ingredients

  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 420 minutes or high for 240 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Mix well and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. If desired, top with crumbled bacon before serving.
