- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In the crock pot, combine the peanut butter, white chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips.
- Cover and cook on low for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the toffee bits and nuts (if using), mixing well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let cool until set before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
