Description

Delicious clusters of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy toffee, perfect for parties or as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In the crock pot, combine the peanut butter, white chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chips.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the toffee bits and nuts (if using), mixing well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let cool until set before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
