- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin side up.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled over the top.
Notes
Pat the skin dry with paper towels before coating for better crisping. Don’t crowd the basket for air circulation.
