Description

Deliciously crispy chicken thighs coated with a sweet chili glaze, made effortlessly in the air fryer for a quick and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce mixture.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin side up.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled over the top.

Notes

Pat the skin dry with paper towels before coating for better crisping. Don’t crowd the basket for air circulation.
