- 1 package pierogies
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a large sheet pan, toss the mixed vegetables and sliced kielbasa with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the pierogies on the sheet pan, tucking them among the vegetables and kielbasa.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until everything is crispy and heated through.
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the sheet pan meal before serving.
- Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
