- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta, rice, or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together in a bowl.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it to adhere well.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook them until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir everything together.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover it, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with the garlic cream sauce over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
