Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta, rice, or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together in a bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it to adhere well.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the chicken breasts and cook them until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and stir everything together.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover it, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Serve the chicken with the garlic cream sauce over pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
