Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls for flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Bread each chicken breast by dredging in flour, dipping in eggs, then coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
