- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls for flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Bread each chicken breast by dredging in flour, dipping in eggs, then coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each breaded chicken piece for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring and simmer until slightly thickened.
