- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or cooking spray)
- Marinara sauce
- Ranch or garlic yogurt dip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Beat the eggs until well mixed in one bowl.
- Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Take each cauliflower floret, dip it in the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off.
- Roll it in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated florets on the baking tray in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd them.
- Drizzle or spray olive oil over the top of the florets.
- Bake the cauliflower bites for 20–25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip, such as marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic yogurt dip.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the baking tray to ensure crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
