Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 2 tbsp Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, and pecans in a bowl. Add fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece.
