Description

Delightfully crunchy potato stacks flavored with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 russet potatoes (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  3. Using a greased muffin tin, carefully stack the potato slices, arranging each stack neatly.
  4. Sprinkle thyme on top of each potato stack for added flavor.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Allow the stacks to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm with sour cream or aioli for dipping.

Notes

For best results, slice potatoes evenly and avoid overcrowding the muffin tin.
