Description
Crispy Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken combines tangy pickle-brined chicken with a golden Parmesan crust. Juicy, crunchy, and weeknight-friendly.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup dill pickle juice
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice 30–120 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. Prepare breading station: flour, eggs, breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
4. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, coat in crumbs.
5. Place on parchment-lined sheet; drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and 165°F.
7. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Air fryer method: 375°F (190°C) for 16–18 minutes.
Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
Freeze uncooked breaded chicken up to 2 months.
