- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 tbsp plain breadcrumbs
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by patting the chicken dry with paper towels and season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix the dill pickle ranch dressing with half of the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Spread the dill pickle mixture over the top of each chicken piece evenly.
- Combine remaining Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the coated chicken.
- Place the chicken in an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
