Description

A game-changing crispy chicken dish featuring tangy dill pickle ranch dressing and a crunchy Parmesan topping, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tbsp plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by patting the chicken dry with paper towels and season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix the dill pickle ranch dressing with half of the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread the dill pickle mixture over the top of each chicken piece evenly.
  4. Combine remaining Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the coated chicken.
  5. Place the chicken in an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
