Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crab meat, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Sweet and sour sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle and seal the edges using a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red pepper flakes to the filling. Ensure the oil is at the right temperature for best results.
