Description

Delightful crispy treats filled with creamy crab filling, perfect for parties and casual snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, drained and chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet and sour sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle and seal the edges using a bit of water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red pepper flakes to the filling. Ensure the oil is at the right temperature for best results.
