Delightful bites featuring a crispy exterior and a creamy, sweet cotton candy filling, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring or cotton candy syrup
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla cookies
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cotton candy crunch sprinkles or pastel candy bits
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and cotton candy flavoring, mixing until everything is fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix – you want the mixture to stay light and airy.
- Refrigerate the filling for 30–45 minutes to help it firm up enough to scoop.
- Once chilled, scoop about 1½ tablespoons of the filling and roll it into smooth balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and cotton candy crunch sprinkles.
- Roll each cheesecake ball in the coating, gently pressing to make sure it sticks evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set the texture.
