Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and cotton candy flavoring, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until light and airy.
- Refrigerate the filling for 30–45 minutes until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of filling and roll into smooth balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers, coconut, and cotton candy crunch.
- Roll each cheesecake ball in the coating, pressing gently so it sticks evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set the texture.
