- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, seam-side down, on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving with cream cheese dip.
Notes
For best results, use fresh tortillas and store leftovers in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
