Description

Delightful and crispy tortilla rolls filled with a creamy dip, coated in cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, seam-side down, on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with cream cheese dip.

Notes

For best results, use fresh tortillas and store leftovers in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
