- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined.
- Evenly coat each chicken tender in the mayonnaise mixture.
- Dredge the coated chicken tenders in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to ensure they stick well.
- Place the prepared chicken tenders on the baking sheet, allowing space between each piece for optimal airflow.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken tenders to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili powder or hot sauce to the mayonnaise mixture.
