Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken tenders with a crunchy, cheesy crust, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined.
  4. Evenly coat each chicken tender in the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Dredge the coated chicken tenders in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to ensure they stick well.
  6. Place the prepared chicken tenders on the baking sheet, allowing space between each piece for optimal airflow.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  8. Allow the chicken tenders to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili powder or hot sauce to the mayonnaise mixture.
