Description

Delicious bites of crispy salmon coated in panko and tossed in a flavorful Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in three bowls.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in flour, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Next, dip the floured salmon in the beaten egg.
  5. Roll the salmon in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Mix sweet chili sauce and hot sauce in a bowl to create Bang Bang sauce.
  9. Remove the fried salmon from oil and toss in the sauce until well-coated.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
