- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up your breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in three bowls.
- Dip each salmon piece in flour, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Next, dip the floured salmon in the beaten egg.
- Roll the salmon in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and hot sauce in a bowl to create Bang Bang sauce.
- Remove the fried salmon from oil and toss in the sauce until well-coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure salmon pieces are cut evenly for consistent cooking. Fry in batches to maintain crispiness.
