Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute.

- Stir in the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a few tablespoons of the turkey mixture in the center. Fold and roll it up, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce such as sweet and sour or soy sauce.
Notes
Don’t overfill the wrappers and ensure to seal them properly to prevent opening during baking.
