Instructions
- Pat cod fillets dry completely.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, panko, lemon zest, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until evenly combined.
- Press each cod fillet into the crust mixture to coat all sides, ensuring the crust adheres.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place coated cod fillets in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily.
- Mix melted butter with lemon juice and drizzle over cod immediately after cooking.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
