- 2 large Chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound total)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing (Optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this seasoning mix to coat them evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer once it has a golden-brown color.
- Place fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chicken strips on each tortilla. Roll tightly to create wraps.
- Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Let the wraps cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Store the wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best crispiness.
