Description

Delightful air fryer wraps filled with seasoned chicken, creamy mozzarella, and fresh spinach, offering a healthier alternative to traditional fried wraps.


Ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing (Optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this seasoning mix to coat them evenly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer once it has a golden-brown color.
  6. Place fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chicken strips on each tortilla. Roll tightly to create wraps.
  7. Spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
  8. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  9. Let the wraps cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

Store the wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best crispiness.
