- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8-inch pan.
- Swirl in half of the raspberry puree and top with the remaining white chocolate fudge.
- Add the remaining raspberry puree to the top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
