Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the rotini pasta and cook it according to the package instructions, usually around 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pieces are browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
