- 8 ounces Rotini Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the rotini pasta and cook it according to the package instructions, usually around 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pieces are browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring well. Let this mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Add Cream and Cheese: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Pasta and Chicken: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the drained pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve: Plate the creamy twisted pasta and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy immediately while it’s warm!

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast.
