- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh herbs, like basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the spinach and cooked pasta; toss to combine until the spinach is wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently, adding a splash of milk or cream if needed.
