- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
- Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and fresh spinach until spinach is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
