A delightful dish that combines the smokiness of kielbasa with a creamy tomato sauce, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

- 12 oz Kielbasa
- 16 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 2 TBSP butter
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 3 TBSP tomato paste
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the kielbasa into rounds and brown it in a skillet over medium heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt it. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy whipping cream, then add the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens slightly.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Return the kielbasa to the skillet and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on low heat and add a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce if needed.
