- 32 oz frozen hashbrowns
- 1 kielbasa sausage, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, layer the frozen hashbrowns, diced kielbasa, and diced onion.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian version, replace kielbasa with extra vegetables and add cheese or sour cream for richness.
