- 1 cup unsalted roasted pistachios
- 1 can condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the full-fat cream and the sugar. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the cream until it reaches a soft peak consistency.
- Add Condensed Milk: Slowly add the can of condensed milk into the whipped cream. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
- Incorporate Flavorings: Gently fold in the rose water, adjusting according to your preference.
- Mix in Pistachios: Chop the roasted pistachios coarsely and fold them into the cream mixture.
- Chill the Mixture: Pour the mixture into an airtight container, smooth the top, and cover it. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Scoop out the ice cream into bowls and enjoy, optionally garnishing with crushed pistachios or rose water.
