- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of each piece of chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once done, take the dish out of the oven. Top the chicken with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
