Description

A crowd-pleasing creamy ranch chicken dish topped with crispy bacon and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of each piece of chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Once done, take the dish out of the oven. Top the chicken with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
