- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 slices Bacon

Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles: Boil water in a pot, add noodles, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove and place on a paper towel. For a vegetarian option, sauté mushrooms instead.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: Whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, and gochujang in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the Ingredients: Add drained ramen to the skillet with bacon (or mushrooms) and stir to mix well.
- Add the Sauce: Remove skillet from heat, pour egg mixture over noodles, and mix quickly.
- Garnish and Serve: Chop bacon and sprinkle over noodles, then top with fresh herbs.
