Description

A delightful combination of shrimp and gnocchi in a creamy basil pesto sauce, perfect for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pkg gnocchi
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add gnocchi to the same pan and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once cooked, add heavy cream and basil pesto to the pan.
  6. Stir until combined and creamy.
  7. Return shrimp to the pan and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
