Description

Creamy Peanut Noodles are a delightful combination of flavors, featuring a rich peanut sauce that pairs perfectly with tender spaghetti.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. While the noodles cook, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Gradually add warm water until the sauce is smooth.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.
  4. Toss the hot noodles with the peanut sauce, adding reserved cooking water as needed to achieve the desired creaminess.
  5. Divide the noodles among plates and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic and ginger to enhance flavor. Adjust the sauce thickness to your preference by adding more warm water or peanut butter as needed.
