- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- While the noodles cook, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl.
- Gradually add warm water until the sauce is smooth.
- Drain the spaghetti, reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Toss the hot noodles with the peanut sauce, adding reserved cooking water as needed to achieve the desired creaminess.
- Divide the noodles among plates and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the noodles. Adjust the sauce thickness by adding warm water as needed.
