- 8 oz Garden Rotini Pasta
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
- 1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook the garden rotini pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop red onion, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and grape tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk Italian vinaigrette, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, ground black pepper, and white sugar. Adjust to taste.
- Combine Everything: Add cooled pasta to the vegetable bowl. Pour dressing over and stir gently until well coated.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
Notes
