- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the sweet corn and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
