Description

A delicious, comforting dish that combines savory flavors and creamy textures with bowtie pasta, chicken, and a rich roasted red pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add roasted red peppers, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
