Delightful, creamy no-bake sugar cookie bars made with a crunchy graham cracker base and a soft white chocolate topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased or lined baking dish to form the base.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in short intervals (about 30 seconds), stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in mini marshmallows into the melted white chocolate until fully coated.
- Pour the white chocolate and marshmallow mixture over the graham cracker base, spreading evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
