Description

Delightful, creamy no-bake sugar cookie bars made with a crunchy graham cracker base and a soft white chocolate topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased or lined baking dish to form the base.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in short intervals (about 30 seconds), stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Stir in mini marshmallows into the melted white chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Pour the white chocolate and marshmallow mixture over the graham cracker base, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
