Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months before baking.
