Description

A hearty and creamy low-carb chicken casserole perfect for those on a ketogenic diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and drizzle olive oil on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
