Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Brown the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Make the sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and bringing to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, tossing until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
