- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the lean beef until fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir in cream or Greek yogurt until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
