- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, tasting to adjust the seasoning as necessary.
- Add the blanched broccoli to the sauce, tossing gently to coat each floret. Serve hot and enjoy!
