- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the diced chicken thighs until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce is creamy and the cheese has melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
