Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz chipped beef, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chipped beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in the chopped nuts until fully coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
