- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz chipped beef, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chipped beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in the chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and chill the cheese ball thoroughly before serving.
